The SR DSM Integration workflow block performs the integration between the HEAT DSM server and Ivanti Service Manager, such as provisioning and reinstalling computers and installing and uninstalling software.

The hardware profile. Appears when you choose Provision Computer from the DSM Request Type field. Choose an object from the drop-down list. |
| Software Provisioning Profile |
The software provisioning profile. Appears when you choose Provision Computer from the DSM Request Type field. Choose an object from the drop-down list. |
